Relationship counselling isn’t just for couples who are in conflict and when things go wrong. Getting support can help improve the quality of your interactions with each other and help you to understand how to work together to create a warm and well-balanced relationship.

 

It could be that one partner feels anxious in the relationship, feels unable to communicate their issues, feels lost or invisible.  Working together as a couple with support can help you move forward with confidence and less anxiety.

 

What Can You Expect From Counselling?

 We will meet face to face for an initial assessment session where we can discuss the issues that are troubling each individual and what your hopes for counselling are.  We can then work on the individual issues that are causing difficulties and help resolve and help to have a deeper understanding of each other.
